Ingredients
- H‑E‑B Round Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips
- Daisy Sour Cream Squeeze
- H‑E‑B Mexican Style Fine Shredded Cheese Blend
- Trappey’s Sliced Hot Jalapenos
- H‑E‑B Fresh Guacamole - Spicy
- 1 Can Hill Country Fare Mexican Style Refried Beans
- 1 H‑E‑B 25% Less Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix
- H‑E‑B Fully Cooked Frozen Seasoned Beef Fajitas
Directions
- Start by heating up the refried beans. Follow directions on back of can and add in maybe half the packet of taco seasoning. If a packet is 1.25 ounces then half a packet is about 1.5 tablespoons. Use small spoon to stir and spread on chips.
- The fajita meat also has to be heated up. I put some still frozen meat in the microwave and heat it long enough to thaw it and get it mildly warm to the touch(maybe 1.5 minutes). After thawed cut into maybe .75-1 inch pieces. You don’t really want the fajita hanging off the chip.
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- I use a baking sheet wrapped in foil so there’s no cleanup. I also make each chip indivually.
- The order is chip, beans, fajita/jalapeno, guacamole, cheese. Add the sour cream after it comes out of the oven.
- Put the whole thing in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
