  1. Remove seal and leave honey containers in sun for an hour to liquify honey.
  2. Pour out half gallon of water to make room for honey.
  3. Add both bottles of liquified honey. Shake very well inbetween bottles and at the end.
  4. Make sure to leave 3-4 inches of air at the top.
  5. Add in 1/2 packet of yeast and shake to distribute.
  6. Rubber band glove to top of gallon water bottle and save screw top cap.
  7. Heat top of paper clip with flame to sanitize and poke 5 through holes (10 openings) in middle finger of glove.
  8. Leave in a cool dark place, away from sunlight for 1-2 months.
  9. Periodically check, especially for the first few days, to make sure gas has not become trapped and is not building pressure.
